Returns

The customer can return what he has purchased to us within 14 days of placing the order. To take advantage of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a request via email to info@banditostore.com or WhatsApp to +39 366 9643269, specifying the name of the person who placed the order, the order number and the date.

The customer will receive an email containing the return instructions.

The return is free only in case of size/color change or item exchange provided that the cost is equal to or greater than the return. It is also possible to choose to issue a voucher valid for 6 months from the date of activation. For the refund, the return costs €8. The refund does not include any shipping costs or customs duties/taxes.

In the event that returns are requested for size/color or item changes subsequent to the first, the shipping to return the product/s to be changed or returned is charged to the customer.

The product to be returned must arrive at our office no later than 14 days from receipt of the order. After this deadline, we do not guarantee acceptance of the return.

Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories received with the order.

Footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur on our part, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouses.

The customer is required to report any defect or non-compliance within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please note that items which have been damaged through normal wear and tear, whether by accident or through misuse, will not be considered faulty.

The customer should immediately check that the goods are compliant before removing the tag. Once detached, we will no longer be able to accept the return.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty goods.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce prevails.
