Bandito Gift Card Regulations

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

1. The Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Card’ or ‘Cards’) is owned by the issuer, RICCI PARIS SRL, with registered office in Rome, Via Cavour 191, Tax Code/VAT No. 01373290541, REA No. PG-136784; or GLC SRL with registered office in Rome, Via Cavour 191, Tax Code/VAT No. 03392140541, REA No. PG-285991; depending on the name of the store issuing it. The Cardholder is considered a mere custodian of the Card.

2. The physical Card is valid exclusively for the purchase of items offered for sale in stores bearing the sign and name: Bandito, Paris Ricci (hereinafter, individually, ‘Point of Sale’ and collectively ‘Point of Sales’).

2.1 Physical cards issued by RICCI PARIS SRL can be used at the following points of sale: Paris Ricci - Corso Vannucci 33/35 (Perugia); Bandito Perugia - Strada Trasimeno Ovest 3 (Perugia); Bandito PSG - Via A. Manzoni 416/420 (Perugia); Bandito Outlet - Via Albinoni 46 (Perugia)

2.2 Physical cards issued by GLC SRL can be used at the following points of sale: Bandito c/o CC Quasar Village - Via Capitini 8 (Corciano); Bandito c/o CC Cospea Village - Via Montefiorino 48 (Terni); Bandito c/o CC Collestrada - Via della Valtiera 181 (Perugia); Bandito c/o CC Piazza Umbra – S.S. Flaminia km 147 (Trevi)

3. The virtual Cards, issued by RICCI PARIS SRL are valid for the purchase of items offered for sale in virtual stores bearing the names: Bandito www.banditostore.com, Paris Ricci www.parisricci.com.

4. The Card can be purchased using the payment methods accepted at the Points of Sale.

5. The Card cannot be purchased using another Gift Card.

6. The Card can be used in multiple solutions up to the initial value indicated.

7. The remaining value of the physical Card will be shown on the receipt printed by the Point of Sale at the time of purchase of items using the Card at Points of Sale. The remaining value of the Card can be checked at any Point of Sale. If the purchase price of the desired items exceeds the remaining value of the Card, the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted at the Points of Sale.

8. Items purchased using the Card at one of the Points of Sale will be subject to the same general terms and conditions of sale valid for any other item purchased at the Points of Sale.

9. Physical Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase at any physical Point of Sale. Upon expiry, the Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase items, and the remaining value of the Card cannot be refunded or converted into cash.

10. Cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void, cannot be used to purchase items, and the purchase price cannot be refunded.

11. The Card may not be used for advertising purposes or to promote products or services marketed by third parties other than the entity issuing the Card, unless previously authorised by the latter.

12. The purchase and/or use of the Card entails full acceptance of these general conditions, which were made available to the customer at the time of purchase of the Card and available at the Points of Sale.

13. The Card merely allows a payment method and is not intended in any way as an investment tool and/or a solicitation to save.
