Refund policy

Returns are free only for size/item exchanges. Returns will be refunded at the same shipping cost of €8, which will be deducted from the price of the returned item(s). Any shipping costs or customs duties/taxes are not included in the refund. If returns are requested for size/color exchanges or items after the initial return, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to be exchanged or returned.

The product to be returned must reach us no later than 14 days after receiving the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee acceptance of the return.

When returning an item, all labels and tags must be attached, including all original packaging and accessories received with the order. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes. Furthermore, the customer must complete the return form and include it inside the package.

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or if we make an error, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to our warehouse.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing a return for defective merchandise.

The merchandise will be refunded or the exchange item(s) will be shipped as soon as the package arrives at our facility.
